Door frames and architraves of entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are made of teak wood with mouldings.
Flooring : Living/dining room and bedrooms are finished with teak wood strip flooring and teak skirting.
Internal Walls & Ceilings :   Plastered walls and ceilings of living/dining room, Ceilings bedrooms and kitchen is finished with emulsion paint.
Windows : Bronze anodized aluminium window frame with light green tinted glass.
Kitchen : Ceramic wall tiles up to metal ceiling. Floor and skirting are finished with imported homogenous tiles. High quality, La Premiere, kitchen cabinet complete with sink and, Grohe, German origin, single lever sink mixer and Corian counter top, electric water heater, exhaust hood, built-in gas cooker, microwave oven, washer/dryer and refrigerator. Water supply and drainage points for washer dryer are provided.
Bathrooms : Bathroom is finished with mix of high quality Italian imported marble wall with stone inlay matched with granite flooring. Ceiling is metallic and decorated with cornice. Roca, high quality sanitary wares include bath tub, water closet, wash basin with granite counter top and toiletry cabinet, Grohe, chrome/gold basin mixer, bath mixer with shower set and Spanish Artysan Eron series towel bar, and paper roll holder. Other fittings include plate mirror with shaving mirror, electric water heater and exhaust fan.
